The FX-400 series of digital fiber sensors is a simple, easy to use sensor that does not compromise functionality. Much work has been done to provide a sensor that beginners can operate out of the box that has some of the useful functions found in high-end units.
The LED light source of the FX-400 series has been increased to 1.5X that of previous models. This allows for greater resistance to dust, dirt, etc. so that less time needs to be spent on maintenance. Long-term stability is ensured by using a four-chemical emitting element in combination with a built-in auto power control circuit (APC). Three LED options are available: red, green, and blue. Each type excels at distinguishing different color sets so you can choose the optimal light source for your application.

The HL-C2 series is the latest ultra high speed, high precision, laser diplacement sensor from SUNX Ltd. Designed with precision measurement in mind, the HL-C2 series peforms at the top of its class in the areas that mean the most: speed, accuracy, and precision.
Speed: With a blazing 100kHz sampling rate, the HL-C2 provides near instantaneous feedback suitable for the fastest R&D processes. High speed rotational eccentricity measurements can be perfomed while maintaining a greater level of data collection than with previous models. This results in a measuerment with a much higher defnintion, providing a accurate representation of the true-to-life movement.
Accuracy: The optics HL-C2 have be custom designed to offer a rock solid linearty of ±0.02%. By using high grade glass, the emitter and receiver optic systems demostrate incredible control over the laser light that results in a linearity value that is nearly 10X that of our previous model.
Precision: The HL-C2 series employs an High Density Linear Cell CMOS receiver for resolution values down to 0.01 µm. The number of cells on the receiver has been doubled, which coupled with the tight beam distribution of the laser beam, allows for the detection of extremely minute changes in displacement.

The SF4-AH series has surpassed the most stringent international safety levels and is compliant with the machinery directive and OSHA/ ANSI standards. This series has been certified for usage in any workplace around the world.
It uses two independent CPUs, which mutually check the safety conditions. High reliability safety design is realized by incorporating dual circuits for signal processing and output. Furthermore, in order to ensure safety, FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) has been used to prove safe operation.
The SF4-AH has a high-speed 11 ms response time, regardless of the number of beam channels. This high-speed response simplifies the entire process of safety distance calculation and allows the safe distance between the danger areas and the light curtain to be reduced.
Beam alignment has been simplified due to a convenient 4-bar LED display that indicates partial and full alignment. A laser alignment tool is also available for use in long distance set-up.
Also incorporated into the SF4-AH is the ELCA, or Extraneous Light Check & Avoid function. This is an advanced interference prevention system that not only cancels the effect of high intensity extraneous light but also avoids mutual interference with other units by shifting the scan timing of the light curtain.
